Returns
1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn and unused.
- All tags must be intact.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process

- Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Do not return items without first getting our approval — unnotified returns may not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon reception.
- If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right (replacement or refund).
5. Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (cosmetics, hygiene items)
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items (unless stated otherwise)

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have (once approved) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at contact@aera-fit.com.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
- If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
- Returned products must meet the same conditions listed above (unused, in original packaging).
- Once the return is received, we'll process your refund according to the terms stated above.
